Craig Coates has been sewing for 42 years. Four decades of pattern-making, draping, and hand finishing shape every piece that leaves the atelier — a craft learned slowly, and refined with every collection.
That body of work has taken the label to the runway at New York Fashion Week, Los Angeles Fashion Week, and Paris Fashion Week, where the pieces featured in Elle during Paris Fashion Week 2025 were shown.
Based in Annapolis, Maryland, Craig Coates Couture brings together expressive design, distinctive silhouettes, and a deeply personal approach to dressing.
